I haven’t yet been able to land a Work at Home Job although I have had some great leads. Affiliate marketing has proven way to competitive and I don’t have to money to invest/risk in this high cost industry. I have been scouring the internet to find some other methods of online passive income besides this blog, paid surveys, and affiliate marketing and I think I may have found it! It’s called Build-A-Niche-Store. Simply put, its a very simplified method of gaining eBay members by being an affiliate. Don’t get confused, its not actual affiliate marketing. Here’s how it works…

I sign up at the BANS official website and pay the $97 fee to get my script and own eBay store. I do not actually sell any ebay items, yet it finds items in my specific niche and adds them to my website which will probably be a wordpress website since wordpress is very SEO friendly. Once I start building a good niche website, develop some backlinks, and get some steady traffic, every person who goes from my BANS website with the eBay item listings and signs up on eBay and places a bid or sells their own items, I receive commission on that. Think of it as “set it and forget it” even though I will be adding more articles each day for the search engines to crawl through and add to their database.

Conservative estimates I see the store making $2-5 per day. Liberal estimates with a lot of effort can go upwards of $50-70 per day depending on traffic. As a person who’s expenses are virtually $70-100 per day, this could be a huge help along with the revenue shared with Peter I will receive from this blog.

Passive income is a great way to help pay some of those irritating side bills and this form of income is easily accessed on the internet better than any other means of entrance.
